Host your next event at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts at the old Town Hall. Our beautiful 1879 Italianate Revival building over looking the Town Common is newly renovated and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Our building is fully handicapped-accessible with an elevator to carry guests to all levels, as well as to the stage itself. Your guests may enter at ground level at our new main entrance from the parking lot or by way of the Ceremonial Entry, taking the grand double staircase to Veterans Memorial Auditorium.
We have four event spaces perfect for weddings, showers, social, and corporate events:

Introductory Recital Package NEW for 2013
As a way of introducing our beautiful venue and new Steinway B Concert Grand, we offering a Recital Package at the rate of $170 for 3 hours, which includes use of the auditorium, stage lighting, Steinway B, and Cabaret Cafe and Kitchen for a reception. Additional hours are available at request.
Wedding Rental Fees
- building rental $2500 (building is closed to public)
- kitchen use fee $100
- refundable cleaning/security deposit $500
- audio/visual/lighting equipment fees upon request
Veterans Memorial Auditorium Rental Fees
- space rental for catered events, $1000
- kitchen use fee $100
- refundable cleaning/security deposit $250
- space rental for non-catered, free events $50 hour, 4 hour minimum

- for ticketed events, an additional fee of 10% of box office
- management fee $15/hr
- audio/visual/lighting equipment fees upon request
- Steinway B use, $25 hour; $180 for tuning
- space rental for catered event $25 hour, 4 hour minimum
- kitchen use fee $100

- space rental for corporate, private meetings, no catering, $25 hour, 2 hour minimum

Gallery Rental Fees

All foods, other than baked goods, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water, must be provided and served by a licensed caterer approved by the Chelmsford Board of Health. The service of alcohol of any kind requires approval by the CCA AND either a One Day Liquor License issued by the Chelmsford Board of Selectmen and service by an approved TIP Certified bartender OR service by a state approved alcohol caterer.
